The Virtual Service team are the customer service specialists of the Westpac Group, providing the best service over the phone, to millions of our customers every year. Our aim is to provide a seamless banking experience for our customers, with a goal of being one of the world's best contact centres.
How will I help? Your journey will begin on 14th February as a Consumer Connect Banker; you'll be the friendly voice guiding our customers through their banking journey. You'll handle a variety of customer inquiries, from simple account balances to complex product-related issues. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential as you build rapport and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
