Virtual Banking are the customer service specialists of the Westpac Group, providing the best service over the phone, to millions of our customers every year.
Our aim is to provide a seamless banking experience for our customers, with a goal of being one of the world's best contact centres.
How will I help? As a Consumer Connect Banker, you'll be the friendly voice guiding our customers through their banking journey.
You'll handle a variety of customer inquiries, from simple account balances to complex product-related issues.
Your exceptional communication skills will be essential as you build rapport and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Key responsibilities include: Providing top-notch customer service through inbound callsResolving customer inquiries accurately and promptlyPromoting Westpac products and servicesContributing to a positive customer experienceThis role operates on a rotating roster with the hours between 7:30-7:30 Monday-Sunday. What do I need? We're seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for helping others.
You'll need strong communication and problem-solving skills to excel in this role.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
Key requirements: Exceptional customer service skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyProficiency in computer systems and applicationsA positive and can-do attitude As well as job flexibility and the financial benefits for being part of the Westpac team, you'll be paid fairly, and trained so your career can grow as you do.
