Customer Service is our priority and is the driving force behind our vision and values.With more and more people relocating across the country and the globe, our services are more in demand than ever.This is a rare opportunity to join our high performing National Sales team as a Consumer Brokerage Team Leader, where success will come easy as you lead our team of consultants and capitalize on selling our quality services and products.

You will lead a long-standing, highly experienced team that has proven their success year after year.Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, who is all about supporting you to make your mark and reap the rewards.This essential role will manage and motivate the National Sales Team and ensure that primary survey and sale targets are met, while Kent's client's expectations are exceeded.

Some of what you will be doing:
Lead, Coach and develop the Brokerage National Sales Team Undertake a dual role as team leader and sales consultant Formulating pricing and proposals that best suit the client Promote full suite of services to ensure our clients' needs are met Assist with any service issues and escalations, ensuring effective and timely solutions Promote customer feedback as we strive to always improve Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and managers Maintain exemplary customer service About you:
Ideally you will have experience or exposure to the removals industry and can demonstrate you are a proven customer-centric and solution-focused individual.This role is not a hard sell, the key is to have empathy and respect for our broad client base in their own homes.
