Staff Referral Bonuses ?   THE OPPORTUNITY   Our Consultants play a crucial role in helping our clients implement, optimize, and maintain complex solutions and services. They build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing ongoing support and recommendations for improvement.   Responsibilities of our consultants may include but are not limited to: Engaging with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges. Offering ideas and solutions that meet client requirements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive client experience. This role demands a high degree of professionalism, technical proficiency, and the ability to deliver exceptional service to clients.   Our Consultant Business Analysts liaise with our clients to ensure business requirements are understood, documented, and successfully translated into functional systems.   The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering successful IT projects across various sectors, including Government, Energy, Utilities, and Retail. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Agile methodology, be flexible, and excel in communication and stakeholder engagement.     DESIRED EXPERIENCE Experience as a Technical Business Analyst within an  IT Consulting  envionrment, with industry experience in either  Health, Government, Banking, Higher Education, Resources, Utilities, Defence  sectors. Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience of IT Consulting with industry experience in Government, Energy, Utilities, or Retail sectors would be highly advantageous. Technical expertise in one, or some of the following: Systems Development, Analytics, Understanding/Writing SQL queries, BI / ETL capabilities (e.g. SAS, Tableau, Ab Initio, Informatica, PowerBI), IT Infrastructure Projects / Cloud, Large Transformation Projects Experience of working in an Agile SCRUM framework would be highly advantageous. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills. A consultative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to navigate diverse organizational cultures and structures. Proficiency in technical documentation and requirement analysis tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
