As an Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include: Performing a broad range of administration duties including:Answering and redirecting callsOrganising appointments and preparing admission paperworkConducting follow-up requests and making reminder calls for visitsMaintaining accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical recordsCoordinating with staff from other departmentsCompleting other clerical tasks such as data entryKey Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsHighly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailAble to work autonomouslyExperience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)Why Healthscope?
