As an Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include: Perform a broad range of administration dutiesAnswer and redirect callsOrganise appointments and prepare admission paperworkConduct follow-up requests and make reminder calls for visitsMaintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical recordsCoordinate with staff from other departmentsComplete other clerical tasks such as data entryQualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsHighly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailAble to work autonomouslyExperience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)Why Healthscope?
