).Training / qualifications in office administration appropriate for a Senior Administration management position.Your Responsibilities The Consulting Suites Practice Manager will be responsible for the overall operations, development and success of our Ramsay Clinic New Farm Consulting Suites.
This will include, but is not limited to:
Managing the efficient and effective operation of our comprehensive customer focused administration service.
Ensuring clients have a positive experience with our practice from their very first phone call.Ensuring patient appointments, medical records, and accounts are processed accurately and efficiently.Supervising the management of all incoming referrals as per required timeframes.End of month financial reporting, invoicing, and accounts management.Other general administrative functions as required.Remuneration: A base salary plus super will be provided based on skills and experience.
