If you are ready to help our clients and project teams succeed, we would love to meet you!Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIBM leads several significant client transformation programs in line with client's cyber security strategy, leads with a point of view on best practices, and role models behaviors for seeking input, team alignment, prioritisation and manages stakeholder expectations throughout the end-to-end delivery.Responsibilities IncludeManage global, cross-functional, and cross-organisation projects, and track to completion; regularly communicate status and technical progress across business units and organisations and upline to executives and senior business and technical leaders.Manage competing business and technical priorities, in an environment that can bring daily changes in priorities.Drive and track technical issues to closure, leveraging a larger technical team, and find solutions for issues as they arise.Research technical initiatives, with a primary emphasis on architecture, security and compliance initiatives.Produce documentation related to program management, schedule, interdependencies between multiple projects, and cadence reports.Work closely with the Partners and Associate Partners on identifying opportunities and driving new sales in the accounts.Required Technical and Professional Expertise10+ years of experience managing security projects; including development of project tasks as necessary with input from the Service Technical teams, Architecture teams, Compliance teams and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple offerings and environments across a wide variety of Services with differing requirements.Experience allocating resources appropriately to meet client/program needs and minimize resource contention.Experience creating / Managing an integrated master project plan across multiple offerings.PM professional skills to enhance the level of service and quality of stakeholder deliverables.Exceptional communication skills coordinating stakeholder meetings and managing a diverse team and set of stakeholders with operations onshore and offshore.Clearance desired not mandatory.Experience in utilities sector with understanding of SOCI act highly desired.Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseCybersecurity Certifications such as CISSP, CISM preferred.
