With significant growth ahead, BTS Australia are seeking exceptional Consultants to join our team in Sydney. We are hiring for multiple roles (in both Melbourne and Sydney), seeking early career consultants as well as those with more exposure to client selling. Previous exposure to selling in a consulting environment is desired. Capabilities: Experience and exposure in learning design and facilitation. Ideal candidates will have: 2 to 7 years in a consulting role or an internal consulting role in a corporate environment Demonstrable experience in client/stakeholder relationship management, expanding your network and opportunities to learn and grow.
