We are hiring for multiple roles (in both Melbourne and Sydney), seeking early career consultants as well as those with more exposure to client selling. Ideal candidates will have:
2 to 7 years in a consulting role or an internal consulting role in a corporate environment. Demonstrable experience in client/stakeholder relationship management, expanding your network and opportunities to learn and grow. Ability to play an active role in co-creating concepts and corresponding solutions. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects that deliver results, working with stakeholders and delivering under tight timelines. A mature, humble, professional, and hands-on team player. Alignment with BTS values, including client centricity and an entrepreneurial mindset.
