Urbis, Shaping futures your way! The Opportunity: Urbis has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Consultant/Urban Planner in Sydney! This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals wanting to shape cities and communities.
As a Consultant in Planning, you will have the chance to demonstrate your understanding of statutory and strategic urban planning, playing a vital role in providing input across various services.
You will: Provide a range of services including advice relating to land use, development applications, due diligence assessments, master plans, the approval process, and management. Draft development applications, submissions, proposals, and advice for clients. Respond quickly and communicate in a clear, concise, and transparent manner to internal and external clients. Provide input into draft proposals, tenders, and submissions for projects. Work alongside other professionals on a range of multi-disciplinary projects, working to specification, to deadlines, within budget, and with a commercial outcome. About you: Tertiary qualifications in Regional and Urban/Town Planning or a related discipline. Some experience in statutory or strategic planning desirable, ideally gained in a consultancy or local government environment. Why Urbis?
