The Opportunity: Urbis has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Consultant/Urban Planner in Sydney!
This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals wanting to shape cities and communities.
As a Consultant in Planning, you will have the chance to demonstrate your understanding of statutory and strategic urban planning, playing a vital role in providing input across various services.
You will: * Provide a range of services including advice relating to land use, development applications, due diligence assessments, master plans, the approval process and management.
* Draft development applications, submissions, proposals and advice for clients.
* Respond quickly and communicate in a clear, concise and transparent manner to internal and external clients.
* Provide input into draft proposals, tenders and submissions for projects.
* Work alongside other professionals on a range of multi-disciplinary projects, working to specification, to deadlines, within budget and with a commercial outcome.
About you: * Tertiary qualifications in Regional and Urban/Town Planning or a related discipline * Some experience in statutory or strategic planning desirable, ideally gained in a consultancy or local government environment Why Urbis?
