About the team The Deloitte team works with the Senior Executives, CEOs and Boards of leading industrials at the centre of the global response to the climate transition.
Our practitioners are strategic problem solvers, with deep transformation, operations and industry insight, utilising methodologies such as statistical analysis, optimisation modelling, and value stream analysis.

What will your typical day look like?
As a Consultant, you will use strong problem-solving and analytical skills to make high-quality contributions toward helping our clients solve their priority problems including their approach to transform their operations.
You will: Work with a high performing team with a strong commitment to excellence in pursuit of helping our clients drive productivity Work with your team on determining client problems and co-designing options / solutions with clients in a structured and logical manner, as well as developing deliverable structures and presenting outputs to Senior Stakeholders Produce research and analysis including determining the appropriate primary and secondary data sources Leverage data analysis, including statistical analysis and modelling, to generate meaningful insights and guide business strategies Conduct client meetings and interviews / assist with the facilitation of client workshops Undertake extensive Business Transformation, Operations Excellence, and Strategic Cost Transformation (eg.
target operating model design, agile delivery, lean, process re-engineering and workflow) focused training and development with the opportunity to experience borderless careers through international assignments and secondments Assess and refine operational workflows to improve efficiency, eliminate bottlenecks, and boost overall effectiveness Support in developing clear and impactful presentations, translating technical insights into well-structured, visually engaging slides that drive stakeholder understanding and decision-making As a Consultant, your development priority starts to shift from solely client delivery to business development, thought leadership and team sales, in addition to leading subsections of various proposals.

We encourage anyone who possesses the following experience and skills, regardless of background, to apply; Consulting or problem-solving experience within an organisation Experience in the use of structured problem-solving approaches / frameworks Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients Strong and adaptable facilitation and communications skills Curiosity to learn and proactivity to bring forward ideas The ability to analyse operational processes and develop creative solutions that reduce inefficiencies while improving productivity Ability to perform data analysis, supporting with data gathering and cleaning for statistical and optimisation models, to enable actionable business insights Proactive participation within a team environment and showcase skills and use relevant abilities to drive progress Using your previous consulting or industry experience and project management skillset you can contribute to your project.
With your tertiary or postgraduate degree, creativity, adaptability, and commercial acumen, you will assist in the development of deliverable subsections and build strong peer client and team relationships.
Work experience and qualifications 2-4 Years of experience contributing to the delivery of impactful solutions, with exposure to managing smaller pieces of work or components of projects and a track record of professional growth Proficient in using Excel for complex data analysis, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros, to interpret data and deliver actionable insights Experience conducting analysis (desktop research, data analysis, reviewing documents etc.)
and synthesising into digestible outputs (e.g.
