Consultant - Strategy

Talenza have been engaged to source a highly capable Consultant - Strategy. This opportunity suits a strategy or management consultant (with a minimum of 3 + Years experience in a tier 1 consulting firm, strategy boutique, private equity or in industry corporate development roles) who is looking to move into a new space on a permanent basis. In this role you will join a project team intent on driving CEO agenda issues and customer focused outcomes, with a large focus on driving data-driven customer and business insights for projects.

Role Title: Consultant - Strategy & Transformation

Permanent role

Pay: $120,000 to $130,000 Excluding Super plus 10% bonus

Location: Sydney CBD/WFH.

Key Skills and Experience required:

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as being able to interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
2 + years experience within business strategy (not technology)
An ability to utilise analysis to draw conclusions, with excellent structured problem-solving skills and complex business modelling skills also being desired.
Experience in developing slides and storylines for senior management.
A collaborative nature that allows you to work well in a team environment.
Customer centric mindset
