Consultant (Strategic Workforce) | Multiple LocationsAre you passionate about shaping the future workforce and supporting strategic growth? We're excited to offer an opportunity for a Consultant (Strategic Workforce) to join our team at Snowy Hydro! This role is a fantastic step for someone who enjoys data-driven decision-making, workforce planning, and helping design effective organisational structures to support our long-term goals.
As the Strategic Workforce Consultant, you'll play a key role in analysing workforce data, identifying skill gaps, and supporting the implementation of workforce strategies that align with Snowy Hydro's vision. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating a resilient and agile workforce, enabling our teams to thrive and succeed in a rapidly changing environment.
This is a full-time permanent position that can be based out of Sydney or Melbourne offices.
In addition to the above, this role will include: Collaborating with People and Performance Business Partners and other business leaders to gather insights and understand workforce requirements across the business.Analysing data and insights to forecast and identify talent requirements, skill gaps and potential future risks to the workforce.Supporting the design and implementation of effective organisational structures and processes, providing support and guidance to teams and individuals.Providing project management support for key workforce transformation initiatives and developing and maintaining project plans, timelines and deliverables.Preparing project reports and presentations that are clear, concise and informative for senior leadership and other stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you will have: A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, a related field or equivalent experience.Good understanding of workforce planning methodologies, organisational design principles, and capability development best practices.Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Applications close by Friday, 15th of November 2024.
