The Project & Infrastructure Advisory team are industryleaders in the planning and delivery of city and region shapinginfrastructure projects and have recently launched a new nationalReal Estate Advisory offering. Our real estate team works withgovernment and private sector clients across a range of sectorsincluding residential development, social and affordable housing,Built to Rent, transport, health, precincts and place making,economic development, and across other traditional assetclasses.
With unprecedented expenditure across a range of these sectorscoupled with our market leading experience and deep industrynetworks, our team is growing and needs new and excitingindividuals to join.
We are currently looking for real estate professionals to joinour growing Real Estate Advisory team to deliver and advise onimportant projects within the real estate and infrastructurespace. You will have the opportunity to work across a diverserange of real estate and infrastructure projects in Queensland. Youwill have the opportunity to gain experience in property advisoryengagements and transactions across a wide range of asset classes,including acquisitions, disposals and leasing.
Specific skills will include:
Certified Practising Valuer Accreditation (preferred butnot essential)
Real estate market analysis, sales analysis andresearch
Lease and/or property acquisition and disposalexperience
Digital proficiency in commercial real estate platforms,such as Argus Estate Master
The ability to navigate current planning schemes,understanding of property fundamentals and industryparticipants.
General requirements include;
Managing the on-time and on-budget delivery of engagementsincluding the preparation and management of report writing,financial analysis including valuation modelling
Opportunities to undertake or learn business developmentactivities including engaging with current and potential futureclients and tracking potential engagement opportunities
Development and implementation of engagement pursuitstrategies, preparation of proposals and managing tenderprocesses
Managing and coordinating third party contractors
Sharing your awareness of the broader real estate marketenvironment and industry trends across the wider Project andInfrastructure Advisory Team and our clients
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, projectstakeholders, project partners and broader industry
What You'll Bring
You'll ideally have tertiary qualifications in either propertyeconomics or other real estate focussed degrees. You may hold aCertified Practising Valuer accreditation. Additionally,experience in real estate advisory and/or project management wouldbe viewed positively.
You will bring with you:
Strong collaboration skills having worked acrossmulti-disciplinary teams involved in the delivery of realestate projects, and/or business cases
An understanding of related technical competencies andability to interpret technical reports
Ability to work within a growing team environment
Previous experience and/or exposure to general real estateadvisory across government and/or the private sector
Capability in delivering property valuations, real estateadvisory and/or market research reports
Well-developed report writing and proficiency withPowerPoint and Excel
Effective engagement and stakeholder management skills incomplex environments.
