The main duties include but are not limited to: Providing effective care, with an approach based on recovery and rehabilitation, to Service Personnel (SP) and entitled civilians, with timely access to skilled and effective assessment, treatment and occupational recommendations that meets the needs of the individual and the Chain of Command (CoC).Undertaking research in mental health and mental wellbeing.Acting in a command liaison role to support both case management and organisational initiatives, including health promotion aimed at mental wellbeing and welfare as resources allow.Providing clinical education to primary care staff to enhance their capability to manage mental health problems, and to support their responsibilities in addressing the mental wellbeing of all personnel.Selection Process: The selection at sift stage will be based on your CV.
