About this role In this role you will provide diagnostic and therapeutic care to patients with Epilepsy and other neurological disorders. You will lead the multidisciplinary team to provide specialist medical services to patients. You will promote patient safety and quality of care and provide leadership, orientation, training, supervision and education, where relevant, for doctors in training, Health Service Medical Practitioners and other health workers. In collaboration with the Head of Department and other Consultants, you will work to achieve national, state and NMHS performance standards and targets. You will work within the scope of clinical practice as defined and recommended by the North Metropolitan Health Service Medical Credentialing Committee.
This role reports to the Head of Department.
