In People & Culture, we know that employee relations issues often require us to operate 'in the grey.' Who will continually seek to reach the best resolution for the employee, the team and for Stockland.

Projects
Support the Senior People Services Manager, and other key stakeholders, to operationalise workplace reforms; translating Stockland's response to legislative changes into actionable plans for the People Services team. About you To be successful in this role, your experience is likely to include:
Successful track record in a HR generalist or ER role. Most likely supported by a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline. Knowledge and understanding of relevant ER legislation. Proven results in coaching and advising people managers and employees through performance, grievance, and disciplinary processes. The ability to ask critical questions which help you get to the 'root cause' of an issue. Ability to influence and build collaborative relations with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority. Time management and prioritisation skills which enable you to productively manage a case load alongside project work. An intrinsic motivation to mentor and support team members with their learning and development. Proficient in MS Office and the use of HR/business systems. The Stockland Proposition At Stockland we are a community delivering outcomes that benefit the community at large. We work collaboratively and inclusively, building strong working relationships.
