Role Title: Consultant | Capability Mapping Duration: Short term Pay: Day Rate contracts on offer Location: Sydney, Wollongong, Canberra We have partnered with a Public Sector Defence Organisation that are looking to embark on an initial transformative journey to redefine their Regional Capability. We are seeking a hands-on consultant to inititate & strategise the capability mapping for this program. If you're passionate about driving strategic change and thrive in dynamic environments, we want to hear from you.Key Accountabilities:Develop and champion a comprehensive capability mapping exercise aligned with the Defence Industry Strategic visionAssess the regional landscape, identifying businesses & opportunities for alignment, synergy, and innovationPartner with leaders to define clear objectives, milestones, and success criteria for the exerciseAbout You:Demonstrated experience leading strategy and hands-on execution of a capability mapping exerciseExperience delivering initiatives & outcomesExcellent communication and storytelling skills, with a knack for distilling complexity into clear, compelling narrativesConsulting experience is highly advantageousMinimum of Baseline clearance requiredIf you feel this opportunity matches your skills and previous experiences, please apply with your CV.
