This full-time role is your chance to be at the forefront of strategic advisory services, helping clients navigate the complexities of buying or selling businesses.
Your Role : A Journey of Growth and Impact Engage in every phase of the transaction journey, from the spark of deal origination through to completion. You'll craft compelling marketing materials, delve into bidder research, and hone your valuation analysis skills. Conduct industry research and market mapping to uncover new opportunities for our clients, including private equity and corporate buyers. Develop your expertise in financial analysis and modelling, with guidance from seasoned professionals who are invested in your learning journey. Play a pivotal role in engagement planning, ensuring that our high-quality deliverables are timely and impactful. Forge lasting client relationships and be a key player in driving successful transaction outcomes. What we're looking for 1.5 - 3 years of post-graduate experience in professional services, demonstrating transferrable skills if prior experience is not directly related to the M&A field. Bachelor level academic qualification(s) in accounting, commerce, finance or law and we champion further education, including CA or applied finance programs. Strong numeracy, and written and verbal communication skills. Bring your positive energy and curiosity to a team that's as eager to learn from you as you are from them. Your knack for juggling tasks will be an asset in our fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
