Analyse complex financial and non-financial information, using your insights to navigate corporate and cash flow models. Craft compelling pitching and transaction materials, such as investment/credit memoranda, lender presentations, and term sheets. Engage directly with clients and coordinate with stakeholders, offering insightful analysis that makes a real impact. Conduct thorough market research, identify new transaction ideas, and share your findings with senior team members and stakeholders. Prepare detailed reports for debt valuations and capital structuring reviews, contributing to our clients' success. Experience in debt advisory, corporate/investment banking, or related fields. A commitment to delivering positive client experiences, working on a range of bank, non-bank and bond market transactions. A broad understanding of industry dynamics, client needs, and capital markets. A collaborative spirit and a willingness to support both senior and junior team members.
