This includes discovering trends, root causes, and inefficiencies to enhance systems, processes, training, and communication, aligning with Greater Western Water's Corporate Strategy and Customer Experience initiatives. Additionally, creating and managing data tools will help monitor operational performance and evaluate the success of Customer Experience programs.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and analyse customer research metrics, implement guided analytics for monthly reporting, refine service excellence metrics, automate reporting processes, and maintain data catalogues for Customer Experience initiatives.Analyse large data sets to convert unstructured data into structured formats, offering statistical advice for customer experience initiatives, and providing insights to support incident management and performance measurement.Proactively identify and implement customer experience improvements, support relevant programs, and market research, establish best practices, and ensure timely reporting of insights to align with business objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.Skills & ExperienceIntermediate to advanced SQL skills (including Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or SAS for data analysis.Knowledge of market research methodologies and experience with data visualisation tools like PowerBI.Highly developed research and analytical skills with the ability to forecast trends and deliver operational effectiveness through data insights.Proven ability to produce clear, concise assessments and reports in various formats.Experience in developing and maintaining customer insights programs while building strong relationships with stakeholders.Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple initiatives and solve problems using logical, data-driven approaches.See yourself thriveOur vision for GWW is Thriving People and Country.
