Exciting Opportunity: Consultant Obstetrician & GynaecologistLocation: Bunbury, 2 hrs from Perth CBD, Western Australia.Package: Up to $497k plus on-call, recall, and other allowances.Are you an experienced Obstetrician & Gynaecologist looking to bring your expertise to one of Australia's most scenic regions? This hospital in Western Australia's beautiful South West is seeking a dedicated specialist to join their multidisciplinary team. What You'll Do: Provide exceptional clinical care in Obstetrics and GynaecologyMentor and support Doctors in Training and health service practitioners, ensuring high standards in education and patient careEngage in research and audit, contribute to continuous quality improvement activities.Drive patient safety initiatives and maintain high clinical standards, working within the WACHS/SW frameworkSelection Criteria: Fellowship of RANZCOG or equivalentStrong clinical leadership skills and a commitment to teachingFirst-class communication and teamwork skills.Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Experience in clinical research, experience in regional health care, and level 4-6 AGES laparoscopic training or equivalent RANZCOG ATMs.
