In this role, you'll work closely with the Principal, Personalised Marketing to deliver exceptional customer experiences across the full customer lifecycle for primarily the NRMA Insurance brand.You'll manage targeted campaigns executed across all personalisation channels including email, SMS, mail, push, social and digital – from strategy and audience selection right through to creative execution and measurement.By relentlessly pursuing optimisation opportunities, you'll constantly strive to uplift the customer experience and improve campaign effectiveness. Through deep cross-functional stakeholder engagement, you'll work with multiple teams across IAG and its external partners to ensure the work meets the needs of the company and delivers on our promise of help.This is a permanent opportunity, to be based in Sydney.About YouThe ideal candidate will demonstrate:3+ years' experience in a growth / CRM / marketing automation role.Proven track record in the end to end execution of customer lifecycle marketing programs at scale that have delivered impressive business results.Demonstrated ability to influence and thrive working in a fast moving and complex stakeholder environment within large, matrixed organisations.Proven experience working with marketing automation teams, understanding audience selection and personalisation capabilities of the broader Martech stack (Adobe preferred).Demonstrated optimisation capabilities, building actionable test and learn plans using quantitative and qualitative data insights.You are more interested in where Personalisation is headed vs where it's been, with a passion and skillset to navigate complex audiences and journeys across digital channels.You must have a passion for the craft of brand and customer experience across all touch points and can deliver on creative and marketing effectiveness principles.Applications close on Sunday, 24 November 2024 at 23:59pm.About UsIAG is the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.
