The Opportunities We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team in various exciting roles as consultants including:
Human Resources Consultants: Delivering a wide range of HR services, including policy development, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
Organisational Development Consultants: Facilitating organisational change, reviewing, assessing and changing organisational culture, implementing effective development programs, and optimising team performance.
Talent Acquisition Consultants: Leading end-to-end recruitment processes, developing talent strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Depending on your interest, skills and experience, roles may consist of multiple aspects of these streams.
Your Impact Client Partner: Build trusted relationships with clients across diverse sectors, acting as a strategic advisor on all things HR.
Subject Matter Expert: Leverage your expertise in your chosen field to deliver high-quality solutions and drive positive change.
Strategic Thinker: Analyse data, identify trends, and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Business Driver: Contribute to business development efforts, increasing client awareness of our capabilities.
Team Player: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
What We're Looking For Proven Expertise: Experience in your chosen field (HR, Organisational Development, or Talent Acquisition).
Sector Experience: We need people across various sectors including government, not-for-profit or private organisations.
Exceptional Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and candidates.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop tailored solutions.
Self-Starter: A proactive approach, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently.
Broad HR Knowledge: An understanding of broader talent management principles in a human resources context.
