About The Role The role involves implementation and application support is to deliver professional service excellence to Civica's customers throughout Australia, NZ. Along with managing implementation, setting up, installing & configuring software, you will be responsible for providing training of software solutions to customers.
A component of this role would be spent onsite with our customers to provide professional services.
About You A customer-focused candidate with experience in software implementation and native SaaS applications is needed. They should understand customer needs, demonstrate understanding of software solutions, work independently, and promote quality and improvement. Knowledge of MS SQL Server environments, programming languages and XML is desirable.
