Work type: Permanent Full time Region: NSW- Sydney CBD, VIC- Melbourne CBD, Hybrid: Work from any Capital City in Australia

As a Consultant within Executive Reward, you will undertake analytical tasks and support management activities related to the governance of the Enterprise Reward Strategy, in line with the required legislation/regulation to support the delivery of NAB strategy.

In this role, you will:

Undertake remuneration benchmarking and provide remuneration expertise in relation to NAB colleagues.
Oversee and deliver remuneration related data for external disclosures, ensuring materials are retained and documented for internal/external audit purposes consistent with Acts and Legislative Requirements.
Support and lead small reward governance, ad hoc and enterprise-wide projects.
Review and draft incentive plan documentation and remuneration related policies.
Prepare analysis and insights relating to planning and drafting of Board Remuneration Committee and NAB Board papers.
Liaise with Risk, Legal and other stakeholders to ensure appropriate risk and legislative factors have been considered when determining the remuneration approach.

What you'll bring:

Minimum 3 years' experience as a remuneration professional.
Degree qualified in Business, Commerce or Law.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interpret data and translate this back to the business.
Knowledge of Excel and PowerBI would be preferred.
Experience and ability to engage, partner and influence stakeholders at all levels.
The ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and across large complex environments, whilst prioritizing your work under pressure.
Demonstrated experience working in a highly regulated environment but also with a continuous improvement lens.
