)Where you'd be working: This Professional Services Consultant role will be based in our Adelaide office, servicing both SA & WA based customers.
The consulting team includes professional services, project managers, business solutions, support and sales.
What you'd be doing (your day will look like this): Our ERP Implementation Consultants use their business consulting skills and experience in finance, manufacturing and/or distribution supply-chain industries.
Using your knowledge of business processes, following our implementation methodology and working closely with our Project Managers, our Professional Services Consultants will be responsible for:
Facilitating workshops to gather business requirementsDesigning solutions to meet with those requirementsDocument system configurationsPerform system testingManage customer business improvements.About youWe're looking for new Professional Services Consultants who have: Ability to gather business requirements and design solutions to meet with the requirementsStrong communication skills both oral and writtenSystematic and logical approach to problem resolutionAbility to work autonomously and in a team environmentExcellent client focus with a drive to deliver and exceed client expectationsPronto Xi experience (Desirable) however we will strongly consider experience with other ERP/accounting software solutionsStrong understanding of core business processes as well as an in-depth understanding of the processes within the operation areas listedTo enjoy being a Pronto Software Employee you'd need to have: Successfully completed a Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Business.Business consulting experience or relevant industry experienceAbility to demonstrate your relevant business and functional experienceYou will possess a strong work ethicAbility to influence internal and external stakeholdersAble to demonstrate strong commercial understandingExcellent attention to detailPassionate about customer service and delivery excellenceWillingness to travel interstate or internationally on an adhoc basisWhat you will get: Earn a salary commensurate with your experience plus a range of employee benefitsWork in a modern, dynamic and friendly team environmentA hybrid working environment (split your week, flexible location arrangements)The ability to develop your career and experienceNote: Our employees need to undergo a Police Check.
