Background We are seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee and drive the successful delivery of projects that align with our vision. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background as a Business Analyst (BA) who has transitioned into a hands-on Project Management role and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As the Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering key projects within our organisation. This is not a traditional project management role; instead, it blends delivery leadership with hands-on contributions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives, making a tangible difference in our community-focused work.
Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project outcomes with organisational goals.Hands-On Contribution: Support hands-on activities such as requirements gathering, process mapping, and testing to drive project success.Team Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between multidisciplinary teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.Process Improvement: Contribute to the refinement of project delivery frameworks, bringing best practices from the non-profit sector or similar industries. Key Skills and ExperienceProven experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or Senior Business Analyst, ideally within the non-profit or similar sector.Demonstrated ability to manage projects with both leadership and hands-on involvement.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and facilitating workshops.Proficient in project management tools and techniques.Ability to thrive in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.Preferred SkillsPrevious experience working in or with non-profit organisations.Previous experience with Payments and HR platform migrationPrevious experience with Data & Analytics
