As the D&I Partnerships Consultant, you'll work at the forefront of our D&I strategy, designing impactful initiatives, engaging employees, and building partnerships that advance our commitment to a diverse and inclusive culture.
Your efforts will be instrumental in shaping a workplace where diversity is celebrated, and inclusion is woven into everything we do.
This is a permanent full time position based at either our Sydney or Melbourne offices.
In this role, you will: Design and implement D&I programs that foster an inclusive culture, including training sessions and awareness programs for employees at all levels.
Create communication strategies to promote D&I initiatives, develop engaging content, and run campaigns that celebrate diversity across Snowy Hydro.
Establish and maintain relationships with external organisations that align with our D&I goals, collaborating on initiatives and events that enhance inclusion within our workplace.
Collect, analyse, and interpret D&I metrics to inform our strategy, prepare reports on D&I progress, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
What we're looking for: A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Diversity & Inclusion or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in developing and managing D&I partnerships and programs.
A solid understanding of D&I principles, best practices, and emerging trends.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex D&I concepts to various audiences.
Proficiency in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to shape strategy and measure program success.
