As the successful applicant, you will be working with a motivated and well-established team providing inpatient, outpatient and community mental health services to families with a child, adolescent or young adult experiencing mental illness and mental distress. You will be working within a trauma informed, client and family centred framework, working collaboratively with the patient, family members and the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient needs are met in a holistic manner. Additionally, you will be providing support and guidance to families to help them understand their role in the patient's journey.This role will see you working in Sydney's greater west region, approximately 30 kilometres west of the Sydney central business district. The area offers good schools, family friendly green spaces and play areas, access to an international airport, large and boutique shopping precincts, multicultural restaurants, entertainment and sporting venues, diverse housing options and an excellent public transport system.Relocating to Australia?
