9 month Fixed term and Permanent Change Consultant opportunitiesBring your transformational change knowledge and/or experienceOpen to candidates in Melbourne, Sydney or BrisbaneMake your impact planning and facilitating change across PB in a highly engaged teamIn this Consultant Change role, reporting to the Portfolio Change Manager, you will: Work closely with the team to support and contribute to the completion of change management lifecycle activitiesComplete Change Impact Assessment and assessing organisational readiness for changeManage and track the Transition Plan for the program/project.Develop Change Strategy – supporting the program/project detailing the overall change management approach, key activities, resource requirements and costs.Stakeholder Management – work with key stakeholders involved in the program/project.Support the design of Communication Strategy and Plan and its deliveryTraining Delivery – contribute to the training needs analysis and plan the delivery of training requirement associated with the Change delivery.What you will bring: Experience in Agile Change Delivery & Transformation, ideally in a complex environmentProsci qualification will be highly regardedExcellent organisational skills and delivery of project plansExperience in influencing key stakeholders to ensure initiatives/projects are completed on time, on budget and with desired user outcomesTraining design and delivery experience will be advantageousA diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone We know that our people make us who we are.
