Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the 'Courts Group'.

About the Role The Organisational Development (OD) Specialist will be responsible for designing, managing, and delivering learning programmes.
This role includes developing evaluation surveys, analysing and reporting on learning effectiveness, and leveraging data to enhance the impact of CSV's Corporate Training program.
The OD Specialist will play a key role in building employee capability and fostering a culture of high performance and engagement.
Key accountabilities include: * Working closely with subject matter experts and providers to design and implement the Corporate Training Program to Courts Group employees * Program management, coordination, training promotion and liaising both internal and external stakeholders tailored to the needs of employees who work in a legal setting * Conducting needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions * Working with subject matter experts and external providers to create high quality training solutions * Continuously assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary improvements to ensure the programs are offering return on investment * Designing and facilitating bespoke training (both in person and virtually) to staff About You * Proven experience in implementing and managing a corporate training calendar and / or suite of programs * Strong skills in survey design, and data interpretation * Demonstratble as an excellent communicator, with strong facilitation skills for both in-person and virtual training * Familiarity with best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles * Advanced organisational skills and ability to plan in advance will also be critical to success in the role How to apply Click the 'Apply Now' button, ensuring you include the following in your application: * resume * a short cover letter Other information CSV is the employer of staff at Courts Group.
