About you We are looking for someone with: More than 3 years' solid and demonstrable experience in shaping and driving banking strategy with lens on technology transformation and process optimisation.
More than 3 years' experience in a client facing/advisory role, either in-house or in a Consulting environment Strong Experience in complex projects in one or more of the following capacities: business architect, senior business analyst, or organisational designer Experience in one or more of the following areas: transformation and advisory projects, operating model changes, process optimisation, organisational structure changes, impact assessments, and business implementation Experience in one or more of the following functional areas in Banking: retail lending, commercial lending, deposits, servicing, customer onboarding, payments, cards, merchant services A strong analytical mindset supported by a quick learning ability to deliver quality outcomes with pride Demonstrable experience in influencing key stakeholders and driving strategic outcomes Experience in devising business cases with a clear understanding of cost and benefit levers and how they are modelled Business storytelling, workshop design and facilitation and strong presentation skills A natural flair for teamwork, proactivity with willingness to get your hands dirty and get things done and values success of the team.
