This person would thrive on challenges in a high-paced environment, has a passion for asset management consulting. In addition, we're after someone with good asset management experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as be a team player.In this role, you will be:The consultant to deliver high productivity and quality asset management solutions by following the industry standards.Provide best solutions and be a point of escalation for the client and internal project team.Responsible for delivery of high-quality project outcomes within given time.Deliver cost-effective asset management solutions.Should meet all KPIs in terms of productivity, Quality and process compliances.Work with team and manager to improve Productivity and Quality.Key Accountability:Analysis and Diagnosis: Conducting in-depth assessments of our clients' asset management structure, operations, and processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization.Strategic Planning: Collaborating with our clients to develop and refine robust asset management strategies that align with their business objectives and drive positive outcomes.Technology Integration: Identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks in asset management processes and introducing technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.Organizational Change Management: Assisting clients in developing comprehensive change management plans, facilitating effective communication, and supporting the adoption of best-in-class asset management practices.Project Management: Leading or assisting in managing projects for implementing proposed changes. Developing project plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful project execution.Key Behaviours, Skills and Experience:Bachelor of Engineering Graduation.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in MS suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint.Capability of working autonomously and in teams collaboratively.Strong attention to detail.Ability to prioritize tasks and strong time management skills.SME level understanding of the following:Senior-Level Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their needs, and deliver actionable recommendations.Equipment Reliability Principles: Proficiency in equipment reliability principles to evaluate asset performance and optimize maintenance strategies.Asset Management Enterprise Systems: Experience with asset management enterprise systems such as SAP or Maximo, enabling efficient asset tracking and management.Business Improvement Methodologies: Familiarity with various business improvement methodologies, allowing you to deliver innovative solutions to clients' asset management challenges.Industry Experience: Experience in the Mining, Energy, or Utilities industries, providing valuable insights into sector-specific asset management requirements.Benefits and perks:Unique company culture focused on building interpersonal relationships.Career and personal development courses.Flexible working environment.Health Insurance.Work-Life balance.Rewards & Recognition.Cyient is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
