You will empower our clients to define and implement a data journey that directly supports their strategic goals.What you'll do:Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, translating emerging trends and insights into digestible and actionable recommendations for Capgemini clients.Oversee the architecture, implementation, and deployment of robust AI solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop business opportunities for AI applications.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the AI & Data team.Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools and platforms for clients based on their unique needs.Contribute to all phases of the project lifecycle, from architecture and strategy to implementation.Manage small-scale projects using agile methodologies, adapting to specific client requirements.What you'll bring:3+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI solutions.1+ years of experience managing technical teams; consulting experience is highly desirable.Proven knowledge and experience in end-to-end project delivery, including agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.A strong drive to learn and advance your career, with demonstrable experience in cloud-based AI projects.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, leading a client along the AI journey.An advanced degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related discipline).Strong understanding of various AI techniques, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.Demonstrated experience in project and people management, delivering tangible client value.Passionate people are Capgemini's Ace of Spades - join us to discover a career that will challenge, support, and inspire you.
