You will promote the organisational culture and principles of person-centred, trauma-informed, culturally safe, and recovery-focused service delivery.
Travel within the Kimberley region is required in this role.
Remuneration Up to AUD$630kpa (depending on level of consultant experience) PLUS add-ons (extended leave etc., accommodation assistance)Rem breakdown includes but is not limited to:
$31k pa CPD allowance (paid with salary).3-month salary retention bonus after 3 years of service then per annum bonus.11.5% tax-free superannuation (pension) employer contribution (going up to 12% in July 2025).and
