We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead the fit-out for a large commercial construction project in the Mandurah / Peel region.Working for a well-established and highly respected client of ours, you will supervise teams of trades staff to ensure quality internal construction and fit-out for a major commercial project.You will apply your comprehensive understanding of building practices to ensure safe and effective outcomes.You will be supported in the role and encouraged to guide and develop your team with an emphasis on safe practices and high standards.Duties for the role include:Carrying out necessary daily tasks to ensure projects are on track.Lead teams of trades staff to scope completions with excellent standards of work.Ensure a safe and clean working environment with a strong focus on workplace safety.Order building supplies and materials and ensure stock levels are maintained.Communicate project updates and progress reports.Reporting any hazards and events as required.Monitor all variations to the project and how these may affect project deadlines.Quoting of works, as required.The successful applicant must have the following:Carpentry Trade Certificate or applicable qualification.Police Clearance.OHS Construction Card.First Aid Certificate.Necessary High-Risk Licenses.Strong Leadership qualities.Strong communication skills.Full working rights in Australia.To Apply:If you are interested and would like to be considered for the above position, please Apply Now!Or, if you would like additional information, please contact Nathan via email to ****** or call the office on 08 6363 7040.Our mission is to change the lives of the people we place and empower the clients we partner with.
