At the same time, you prepare and process the progress claims for the suppliers/vendors and subcontractors you're working with throughout the project's life cycle.
Although the personality of the person they are looking for isn't critical in the decision-making criteria, the ideal candidate would be very comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders without any issues.
What comes with autonomy, freedom, and an excellent salary is accountability, responsibility, and specific expectations.
This means they'd expect your risk analysis, improvement methodologies, and profit margin strategies to be high enough to that of an experienced CA if you're asking for the $140,000 + Super salary bracket.
