About the role Join the PTA as a Construction Support Officer! If you're organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting complex projects, this role is for you. As a key member of the team, you'll assist in the coordination and delivery of the Bellevue Railcar Infrastructure Project. Your responsibilities will include providing project and administrative support to senior management, preparing reports, maintaining project records, and ensuring compliance with PTA policies.
In this role, you'll also play a crucial part in contract management and process administration. You will coordinate meetings, manage project-related documentation, and track contractors' claims and performance. Additionally, you'll support tender evaluations, contract awards, and ensure that safety, health, environment, and quality systems are consistently monitored and adhered to throughout the project.
About You! To excel in this role, you should possess:
Extensive experience in providing project and contract support, including document control, risk management, scope and change management, and procurement activities.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders, build relationships, and work collaboratively in a team environment.Well-developed skills in analysis, research, and problem-solving, capable of addressing complex issues efficiently.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently, along with proficiency in relevant computer software applications.About Us The Public Transport Authority's (PTA) vision is to be recognised as a leader in providing world-class public transport services and solutions.
