Our client is an industry leading housing developer and they are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join their team. The company are a large national house builder building volume and Medium density homes across Melbourne. They are currently looking for Supervisor for their volume homes division for the North. The business have well resourced sites and a top tier construction team.  About the role Manage your designated projects to program & the best possible standard Health and Safety responsibilities in accordance with the business  Maintain accurate site diaries for all activities and highlight any risk items to appropriate manager Control and monitor day works for subcontractors Demonstrate a good level of technical knowledge in meeting the business and customer objectives Maintain a good level of understanding of construction techniques, problems and solutions  Work closely together with Site Technical Staff to review and develop appropriate techniques and cost effective solutions Skills and experience Trade background or relevant academic qualifications considered Previously held a Supervisor role with a custom or volume builder Volume experience is preferred, although not essential  Knowledge of building on greenfield sites would be an advantage  A passion a for residential construction  Well organised with a good personality and sense of humor  Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
