The Role:
Due to project expansion within our Critical Infrastructure team, we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team in Victoria.
The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for the optimisation and the delivery of a programme of works through effective assignment and utilisation of the current Ventia employees and contractors.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Monitoring of compliance and the delivery of construction activities by following client standards.Providing overall supervision, management, and leadership of the Ventia team and contractor workforce.Assisting the Works Manager to achieve the business plans, budgets, targets, reports, and forecasts.Developing and maintaining a close relationship with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective works coordination.Lifecycle supervision of the allocated works, projects, or programs by ensuring that they are completed safely.Taking accountability for effective resourcing, risk management planning, and project execution.About You:
You will be an experienced Construction Supervisor, ideally with a background within an electrical trade or similar, and possess the following skills and experience:
Experience and a strong knowledge of AC power.Exposure to DC Power Systems (rectifiers, batteries), Emergency Power Plants (Generators).Unrestricted driver's license.White Card and First Aid certificate (desirable).Diversity:
