They specialise in work that involves large and technical projects, with long relationships with major insurance companies.
About your new role:
The main objective of this role as Construction Site Supervisor is to manage work sites in which my client is the principal contractor ensuring W H & S obligations are always adhered to and also the below:
Achieve a high Quality of finish to the building worksCommunicate and negotiate with tradesCommunicate clearly and regularly with both internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate access to properties with ownersResolve disputes as requiredManage OH&S matters in keeping with legislative, contractual and company requirementsObtain all necessary final certificates from trades, engineers and certifiers as required.About you:
The right candidate will have the following experience:
Previous experience in a similar position/ trade backgroundExperience with W H & S and legislative requirementsManagement of sub-contractorsMust be prepared to travel where necessaryA current Drivers LicenceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWhat's in it for you:
