The Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be accountable for delivery of projects in the Hunter Valley area. Depending on experience, you will be handling up to 20 dwellings at any one time.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following experience
You either have Cert IV Building & Construction or Construction related degreeIt is essential that you have managed upwards of 15 projects at any one timeAble to lead a team and drive teamHave experience supervising on residential projectsHave stability on your CVAble to work in team environmentAble to lead from the frontBe well presented and a good communicator to clients and sub-contractors
