As a Construction Supervisor, you will assist the operations manager in delivering the current planned maintenance, minor works, and projects for education sites.
Key Responsibilities:Assist the operations manager deliver the current planned maintenance, minor works, and projects for education sites.Prepare tender documents, estimates, and project packages.Supervise construction and maintenance projects, ensuring safety and efficiency.Conduct building inspections, including asbestos sampling.Maintain and build high-quality client relationships.Requirements:General supervisory skills with experience in construction/maintenance.Current Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) General Safety Induction Card.Construction-related trade qualification.Open driver's license, knowledge of building construction and maintenance regulations, and strong leadership skills.Basic computer skills to manage documentation and reports.Send all applications to: or give me a call on to discuss this vacancy in further detail!
