They build 300 homes a year across the state and have an established team in the Hunter/Newcastle areas.
About the role: Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be accountable for the delivery of projects in the Hunter Valley area.
Depending on experience, you will be handling up to 20 + dwellings at any one time.
As well as, Coordinate, program, and schedule jobs, trades, and materials.
You will be managing the civil groundworks to completion and then handover.
You will solve design and construction issues that arise on-site.
