Construction Supervisor (High End Custom)

Our Client - The Builder This multi-award-winning, high-end architectural Builder is one of the highest-regarded elite builders in Melbourne. Working closely with Melbourne's most prestigious architects, they focus on contemporary new builds and heritage renovations / complex extensions. The Day To Day Run and manage 3+ construction of high-end luxury homes Proactively manage the construction phase in line with project management systems and processes, meeting budget and time frames; Liaise with trades, architects, engineers, and public authorities to ensure projects are compliant with BCA & Australian Standards; Assist with the development and implementation of OH&S systems and procedures; Maintain a high standard of quality assurance throughout the construction of the home; Manage Client issues immediately as they arise and work closely with Senior Management to ensure their prompt and effective resolution; Report weekly or as required to the Construction Manager on progress; Manage quality of construction to ensure the highest possible standard of construction at all times; WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: 8+ years experience working in a similar position working for a high-end architectural builder in a supervisor position end to end; Carpentry trade background 100% (essential); Excellent Eye / Attention to detail for quality finishes; Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings; Showcase leadership qualities, effective communication, and technical construction skills; Unrestricted Valid Driver's license; Full Unrestricted Australian Working rights Apply Now with an updated CV or contact Philippe Fricot for more opportunities at OR Professional Recruitment Property, Construction & Engineering INTEGRITY | ADVOCACY | PASSION | COMMITMENT | PARTNERSHIP #J-18808-Ljbffr
