We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our new Dampier Bulk Handling Facility (DBHF) project for a FIFO position to Karratha.
DBHF is a wharf structure to be built to support the export of urea in bulk quantities through the Port of Dampier. The project will require the demolition and removal of decommissioned marine structures, the construction of a new land-backed wharf and land redevelopment.

What you will bring to the team: Previous experience in Buildings, Earthworks, Cofferdams, Revetments, Structures, Marine or Electrical 5+ years construction experience, with significant supervision experience Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with experience working on site in a fast-paced construction environment Your focus will include: Coordinating site construction activities within assigned areas Scheduling and coordinating work to be performed and monitoring progress Interpreting plans, regulations, codes of practice, labour control, and material deliveries Manage, lead, and drive on-site activities in accordance with best safety practices Ensuring that all applicable safety codes, requirements, and standards are complied with Providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure a safe and productive work environment Clough's people enjoy: A competitive remuneration package Ongoing training for career progression Industry-leading paid parental leave program from the day you join Mental health and wellbeing programs Employee assistance program for employees and their families Special offers on private health insurance, salary packaging, banking, travel, groceries, and more A supportive team culture and environment We're building a diverse workforce.
