About the Opportunity: Due to continuous growth, we are looking to recruit a Construction Specialist to develop and educate our Milwaukee business and customer base within the construction sector by effectively demonstrating our Milwaukee products and solutions, while developing a positive personal business relationship with all customers.
The successful applicant will have a background in sales, who is highly organised and self-motivated to succeed. This role will be based in the surrounding suburbs of Darwin with occasional regional travel.
Responsibilities: Target and educate end users to convert to Milwaukee products and achieve sales targets. Effectively present Milwaukee products and solutions to the construction industry. Maintain consistent and open communication with the Area Sales Management team. Ensuring all mandatory administration is up to date in Salesforce. Drive in-field conversions, trialling of new product and increasing brand awareness. Work as a harmonious team player focusing on the best interest of the company and ensuring that overall organisational objectives are achieved. About you: Ability to seek out and convert opportunities - must have a "hunter" mentality. Field Sales or End User sales experience. High level of autonomy. Trade background/ Hands on experience with tools is desirable. Computer literate, comfortable with MS suite and experienced with CRM systems. Strong communication and presentation skills.
